This policy applies to purchases made directly from musclemadnesslb.com. It does not restrict your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Return Period
You may notify us that you wish to return an eligible unused product within 10 calendar days after delivery.
Contact us by email at info@musclemadnesslb.com or through WhatsApp, providing your order number and the item you wish to return.
You do not need to provide a reason to exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right. Additional rights or longer periods provided by applicable law take priority.
Product Condition
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, please keep products unused and unconsumed, with their original packaging, labels, accessories and safety seals intact.
Store supplements according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Used or consumed products, and products damaged through improper handling or storage after delivery, are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns where the law permits that exclusion.
Contact us about any opened product so we can assess the circumstances and applicable rights. Packaging requirements do not override mandatory consumer rights.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, includes a product expired on arrival or appears defective, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available. Do not consume a product with a damaged safety seal or suspected defect.
We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy required by law, which may include replacement or refund.
We cover reasonable return or collection costs for confirmed defective, incorrect or transit-damaged products. The ordinary change-of-mind period does not limit claims that remain available under applicable law.

Delivery and Return Costs
For change-of-mind returns after delivery, you are responsible for delivery or return costs only to the extent permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
We will explain applicable charges and the refund calculation before arranging the return. No undisclosed restocking fee will be deducted.
If the return results from our error or a confirmed product defect, we cover the reasonable costs required to resolve it. Delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
Refunds
We will confirm the outcome after reviewing your return or claim. Where a refund is due, we will refund the amount owed, including delivery charges where legally required.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within any mandatory legal deadline. We will communicate the expected processing time when confirming your refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery purchases, if offered, or when the original method cannot receive a refund, we will agree an available refund method with you.
We will not substitute store credit for a monetary refund you are legally entitled to without your agreement.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us to arrange an eligible exchange and confirm any price difference before proceeding.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, applicable withdrawal and return rights remain available.
